The Christmas Holiday period is right around the corner. We thought it would be appropriate timing to inform you of our key dates for all foot orthotic orders. Please see below for all cut-off dates, expected lead times and lab closure dates coming in to the crazy Christmas rush.
Lead Times
We will strive to maintain a 4-day turnaround with EVA orders and 6-day turnaround with 3D printed orders. These lead times are slightly increased from our current output, but these numbers are accurate and reliable based on the expected orders incoming.
Cut-Off Dates For Pre-Christmas Deliveries
- EVA Orders: Monday 16th Dec
- Express EVA Orders: Wednesday 18th Dec
- 3D Printed Orders: Friday 13th Dec
- Express 3D Printed Orders: Monday 16th Dec
- Footwear Modifications: Friday 29th Nov
In order to maintain foot orthoses lead times during the festive period we will be holding production on shoe modifications until the new year. We will complete all shoe modifications received on or before the 29th of November prior to lab closure – Orders after this date will be completed in the New Year
Lab Closure Period
iOrthotics will be closed at 1pm on the 24th of December 2024. It will be a full shut down & we will return to the lab on the 2nd of January 2025.
